Cohort Analytics
The Cohort Analytics page is Curobi’s deeper, revenue-grade analytics view. Every figure is computed from real charge revenue — there are no invented or projected-into-the-future numbers, so what you see is what actually happened.
Available on the Pro plan. Starter shows basic counts on the dashboard and Churn Insights; the full cohort view is Pro. See Pricing & Plans.
The five sections
- Lifetime value (LTV) — realized LTV from actual charge revenue, plus a predicted LTV (ARPU ÷ churn), alongside ARPU and average subscriber lifespan.
- LTV by segment — the same figures broken out per billing cadence, so you can see which frequency produces the most valuable subscribers.
- Signup-cohort retention triangle — how each month’s cohort of new subscribers retains over time. Only elapsed months get a cell — no invented future values.
- Net revenue retention (NRR) — dollar cohorts of real charge revenue anchored to each cohort’s first-billed-month revenue. Cells over 100% are genuine survivor expansion. A headline portfolio NRR summarizes the whole book.
- MRR forecast — a transparent roll-forward of your recurring revenue with every assumption shown on screen, so the projection is auditable rather than a black box.
Reading the triangles
Both retention triangles share a 12 / 24 / All cohort-window selector, and each cell has a hover “how to read this” tip so you’re never guessing what a number means.
Honest by design
Churn-dependent figures reuse the same 25-subscriber suppression gate as the dashboard and Churn Insights — below that base, a percentage from a handful of subscribers would be misleading, so it’s hidden rather than shown.
